DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY CHARGES
Same day Courier Service (within central London only) £20 Within the UK: Royal Mail Special Deliver £10.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive next working day from date of dispatch. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.
International: FEDEX (Tracked and Signed) £50
Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world. You will be issued with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Additional insurance can be purchased if necessary.
CUSTOM CHARGES
EU and International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond our control, and entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of the business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of order. Please contact me directly info@taraturner.com
RETURNS
I hope you will be delighted with your piece of Tara Turner Jewellery, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase I am happy to offer an adjustment, exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
If this is the case, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Earrings and custom items CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. I am happy, however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at an additional cost to the customer).
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery Service and insure the shipment against loss or damage.
Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on my part.
*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
